Website Write up

I enjoyed and made it a point to integrate the things that I was learning through the course into my new website and into my classroom as well. This SED 618 section is just a small part of the entire site. My focus was, and still is, to have a site that is useful to my students. I have expanded that focus a little and hope that my site is going to be useful for other educators as well.

I think that everything is included and that the site is functional, even practical. I envisioned the site to have two sides to it, a "professional" side and a "student" side. I think that most of the things that I learned in this class have greater application to the "student" side of things. Of the reading assignments, the Norman reading has application to the entire site. I don't want my website to be like modern phone systems or doors that no-one knows which side to push on.

I look forward to the summer when I will be able to add more to the site.
