I am delighted to be part of the Management Faculty team at CSUN.
Teaching strategy (especially BUS497a!) is one of my favorite things…!
Other favorite things include gospel music, movies, concerts, dance and drama.
My research interests center around
various aspects of firm growth, and I am particularly interested in
research-intensive, high technology firms, women-owned businesses and minority
owned companies. Topics as diverse as work-family balance, the impact of
research and development expenditures, and inter-organizational networks
capture my imagination!
