Only shades of light and dark can be seen. The plate photograph looks like a dark area towards the right of the negative.

This negative also only shows shades of light and dark. The image of the girl photographed appears like a large dark area.

 

***The cow eye lens made the pictures blury. Perhaps if it did not have to be in the transparent box the negatives would have turned out better***
