- HyperNews is a form of electronic communication
which allows
- complex subjects to be studied and reviewed in an
orderly fashion
- over long periods of time. It is asynchronous,
which means that the
- sender and receiver do not have to both be
present at the same time
- in order to communicate. Students at the Graduate
School of
- World Problems learn to use HyperNews in order to
communicate
- with colleagues, faculty, the general public and
officials of the
- Provisional World Government and World
Government.
