The Graduate School of World Problems was established by World Legislative Bill Number Four, adopted by the First Session of a Provisional World Parliament, which was convened according to Article XIX of a Constitution for the Federation of Earth, in Brighton, England, in September 1982.
The Primary Purpose of the Graduate School of World Problems is to study World Problems from within the context or paradigm of emerging non-military, democratic, federal world government, as described by the Constitution for the Federation of Earth and to prepare students for implementing the World Legislation enacted by the Provisional World Parliament.
