With over three decades of relevant corporate experience in India at the senior most levels in the total management of human resources, currently employed with CSU- Northridge since 2006. 

Prior to 2006, as a Full Tenure Professor of Organization Behavior and Human Resource Management with two leading B-Schools in India.

A visiting faculty at the premier B schools in India and at many parts of the world since 1981.

Engaged in offering a large number of courses in OB/HRM areas to those with or without work experience pursuing their full time MBA Courses, practicing managers with work experience at supervisory levels (EMBA Courses), and a large number of professionals employed with the reputed NGOs and other social and charitable institutions in India. 

Concurrently, actively associated with a large number of corporate clientele - reputed US and European MNCs and mega Indian houses - to help them resolve myriad strategic human resource management and strategic management issues.

A frequent speaker to industry and executive groups for decades – in India / South East Asia - having received awards/national recognition from many professional organizations of repute. 

A professional with experience as a business executive, and now as an educator cum business consultant.
