http://www.bjpenn.com - this is another one of my favorite sites. those who are interested in learning a little bit of the techniques and principles behind mixed martial arts by one of the top fighters in the world can now through this website.  BJ Penn, a native of Hawaii, is considered one of the best fighters pound for pound in the world.
