This homepage is very simple and easy to read. It has tab links for “Individual”,“Small Business”, “Commercial”, and “About Wells Fargo”. It has a search button at the top with links to “Customer Service”, “ATM/Banking Stores”, and “En Español”. The links at the bottom are “About Wells Fargo”, “Employment”, “PRIVACY, Security, and Legal”, “Report Email Fraud”, “Home”, “Diversity & Accessibility”, “Online Access Agreement”, and “Important Notice on Trading in Fast Markets”. The account login is in the upper left hand corner. There are also product links, open new account links, two advertisement links, and a place to pull up interest rates.
This website manages to have all the necessary information in a neat and organized format. The boxes, tables, colors, and design layout are all attractive to the eye. I like the stagecoach picture.
The page is the right size, one does not need to scroll down far to see the rest of the page. The first page is very compact and easy to read. The page does have a Spanish translation. Interest rate links are on the first page. Self-service links are helpful. The "more products" links on the homepage keep it from getting cluttered.
The website could have more interaction with video demos. There could be more direct links to financial management help, tools, and calculators.
