Honors at Entrance Scholarship
If funding becomes available, the GE Honors Program may offer up to 10 Honors at Entrance Scholarships to first-time freshmen in 2012-13.
Students who have been admitted to CSUN, have been accepted to the GE Honors Program, and meet the following criteria, will automatically be considered for Honors at Entrance Scholarships:
1. A high school GPA of 3.75 or higher and an SAT combined score (verbal + math) of 1200, or
2. A high school GPA of 3.75 or higher and an ACT score of 27, and
3. Exemption from Developmental English and Developmental Math classes as a result of either SAT scores of 550 on each exam, or by achieving a minimum score of 50 on the Entry-Level Math Test (ELM) and 151 on the English Placement Test (EPT). Admission to the GE Honors program does not automatically qualify you for a scholarship. Scholarship winners will be determined through a separate competitive process.
