Science Shop Log Sheet

The Science Shop provides services primarily to the research faculty within the science departments. Services include consultation, design and machining of various items used by researchers in their funded research. The Shop also provides miscellaneous woodwork, welding to departments. The shop occasionally performs work for outside constituents (other University departments outside our college) that do not have a shop facility of their own.
The shop bills internally for its services to faculty researchers who have research grants at deeply discounted below-market rates. The shop continues to serve research faculty who are without funds or in between grants.
Technicians are available to faculty, staff and students from 6 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday.
