Everett Koop will visit Cal State Northridge Friday, Feb. 7, to join former CSUN professor Robert C. Horn for a signing of Horn's book "How Will They Know If I'm Dead?" Horn, an authority on the Soviet Union and U.S. foreign policy in the Third World, was forced to retire five years ago because of Lou Gehrig's disease. "How Will They Know If I'm Dead?" examines how Horn and his family have dealt with his disability and terminal illness. "Robert Horn has done more real living than most of us ever do," Koop wrote in the preface for the book. The book signing will begin at noon in the Grand Salon of the University Student Union near the center of the campus at 18111 Nordhoff St. in Northridge.
