CSUN's Spring Cinematheque Series Explores
Seven Artistic Cultures of Arts, Media, Communication

(NORHTRIDGE, Calif., March 3, 2004) Ñ Cal State Northridge's Cinematheque series has released the rest of its spring schedule, which explores how the arts, media and communication are depicted or reflected in film.

Northridge's Cinematheque this academic year has been devoted to examining how Hollywood treats the seven artistic culturesÑcinema and television arts, communication studies, journalism, music, theatre and radioÑthat make up the College of Arts, Media, and Communication, where the series is housed.

The free screenings take place in the Alan and Elaine Armer Theater in CSUN's Manzanita Hall, located at the southwest corner of the campus at 18111 Nordhoff St. in Northridge.

The Cinematheque's spring schedule is as follows:
