High Schoolers to Learn the Power of Political Activism

What:

More than 100 11th and 12th graders from Inglewood High School will gather at the Inglewood Library to learn about the power of political activism.

The "Youth and Politics Summit" is being organized by Partnerships Empowering Youth to Succeed (PEYS) project in collaboration with Cal State Northridge's DuBois-Hammer Institute to encourage student involvement in the political process and community issues.
