What:

Peter Yarrow, of Peter, Paul and Mary fame, will visit CHIME Charter Elementary School to see how teachers are implementing Yarrow's "Don't Laugh at Me" curriculum, which is designed to reduce school violence.

The charter school is a national model of inclusive education, serving both disabled and non-disabled children, as well as a laboratory for preparing teachers and other educators from Cal State Northridge. The school is initially serving children in kindergarten through fourth grade.
