Local Television Personalities Assess Progress
of Women and Minorities in Television News

Women and minorities have made substantial progress since television news was in its infancy. Three of the city's leading female broadcast journalists will examine just how much progress has been made and how much more is still needed in a free forum, "Year 2000: Women in Television News," at Cal State Northridge.
