Written by CSUN alumna Rolin Jones, "Once By The Pacific" tells the story of a group of Generation X friends who converge on a Malibu beach house to celebrate youth, savagery and the last days of the Bush administration. The production is sponsored by the CSUN Department of Theatre and directed by professor Peter Grego.
Performances will run from Oct. 16-18 and Oct. 21-25 at 8 p.m., Thursday-Saturday, 5 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Wednesday. Wednesday's performance will be interpreted for the hearing-impaired. There also will be a post-performance discussion with the director and cast members.
Tickets may be purchased from the Student Union Ticket Office Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and at the door two hours before curtain call. Tickets prices are $12 general, $10 senior/faculty and $7 for students. Parking is available in Lot A at the corner of Nordhoff and Darby.
