Among the items on the agenda are a discussion of Title IX and the CSU/CAL-NOW requirements and presentations by senior associate athletic director Judith Brame, Jeanette Mann, director of equity and diversity for the university, and possibly a presentation by a representative from the California Women's Law Center.
The University Student Union is on the east side of the campus at 18111 Nordhoff St. in Northridge. The location of future meetings will be announced.
The next meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, in the Fernandeno Room of the Satellite Student Union, on the southwest corner of Lassen Street and Zelzah Avenue. Subsequent meetings also will be held in the Satellite Student Union.
