The event will feature experts who will give students advice on putting together a portfolio, interviewing, resume writing and getting job internships.
Speakers scheduled include Bob Rawitch, a former Los Angeles Times editor; Chris Woodard, the internship coordinator and assistant city editor at the Daily News; Paul Pringle, the bureau chief for the Copley News Service; Todd Lytes, a news reporter for STAR 98.7 FM; and Anu Kishor, a news broadcaster for Channel 18's "Eye on Asia."
Networking night will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in Jerome Richfield Hall, Room 247, on the west side of campus at 18111 Nordhoff St., in Northridge.
