The Golden Key Honor Society is composed of the top 15 percent of all college juniors and seniors in more than 240 college campuses. It works to unite students with faculty and administrators in maintaining high standards of education.
The society also provides economic assistance to members through academic scholarships and supports altruistic conduct through voluntary service.
Mahseredjian was chosen because she exemplified these goals.
Others honored by the society include Thomas Maddux, chair of the Department of History; Arthur Elbert, CSUN Vice President for Administration and Finance; Richard Camp, professor of history, and Stan Chambers, a local news anchor on the television station KTLA.
For more information call Sandy Galin at (818) 677-7738 or Hermine Mahseredjian at (818) 677-7228.
