The professors will read from their recently published books at 3 p.m. in Room 108 of the Faculty Office Building near the center of the campus at 18111 Nordhoff St. in Northridge.
Watson, chair of the university's Women's Studies Department, will read from her recent anthropology co-edited with Sidonie Smith called "Getting a Life: Everyday Uses of Autobiography."
Hall, associate chair of the English Department and co-director of the university's Institute for Lesbian, Bisexual, Gay and Transgender Studies, will read from, "RePresenting Bisexualities: Subjects and Cultures of Fluid Desire" and "Fixing Patriarchy: Feminism and Mid-Victorian Male Novelists."
