New York City Fire Department Battalion Chief Jay Jonas will recount the horrors of last year's terrorists attacks and the lessons learned since then during a presentation to students at Cal State Northridge.

Jonas, a 22-year member of the New York Fire Department, was pulled from the rubble of the World Trade Center only hours after its two main towers collapsed.
