CSUN Students to Deliver
Books, Warm Clothing to Needy Children
What:
Cal State Northridge students hope to make Christmas a little cozier for some low-income children this week when they deliver hundreds of books, toys and warm clothing to local Head Start sites.
The CSUN students, members of the University Ambassador program, collected the books and clothing over the past couple of weeks as part of a "Cuddle 'N' Read" drive for the children at three Head Start sites operated by the Latin American Civic Association
When and Where:
9 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 13, the Sepulveda Center, 15435 Rayen St., Sepulveda
9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 14, Napa Street School, 19010 Napa St., Northridge
10:30 a.m., Friday, Dec. 14, the Delores Huerta Center, 454 Kalisher St., San Fernando
