The show airs Monday through Friday from noon to 1 p.m. on public radio station KCSN 88.5 FM.
Host René Engel, KCSN general manager, will spend the entire week, Oct. 2 through Oct. 4, focusing on CSUN's commitment to the arts and the programs it offers to its students and the community.
Monday's guest will be William Toutant, interim dean of the College of Arts, Media, and Communication. Tuesday will feature Dave Pier, director of CSUN's Performing Arts Center.
Wednesday, Engel will offer an in-depth interview with Jolene Koester, CSUN's new president. They will explore how Koester sees the university's cultural role in the community as well as several other topics.
Thursday will feature a look at the culinary arts with University Club Executive Chef Betsy Corrigan and catering manager Heather Adkins.
Friday's guest is Nicole Werner, organizer of the Los Angeles County Arts Open House program. Werner will offer insights into the university's longstanding participation in an event that includes free access to arts events and institutions throughout the county.
The public is invited to join Engel and his guests at the University Club located just inside the Dearborn Street entrance to the campus off Zelzah Avenue, one block north of Nordhoff Street in Northridge.
