The donation drive will be collecting no-longer-needed household items from Saturday, Nov. 25 through Sunday, Dec. 17, at the southeast corner of CSUN¹s student Lot T near Lindley Avenue and Lassen Street. An attendant will be available daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to issue receipts for tax purposes.

The donation drive is a chance for members of the community to recycle usable household items in a humanitarian and environmentally friendly way. Goodwill collects and sells donated items to promote education, training and job opportunities for people with disabilities and vocational disadvantages.

Acceptable items include blankets, bedspreads, clothing, toys, games, furniture, computers and other small home appliances.
