USED BOOK SALE BENEFITS CSUN LIBRARY

A used book sale, sponsored by the Friends of the Oviatt and by the Associated Students, is scheduled April 9-11 at Cal State Northridge to help raise money for the Library Book Fund.

The sale will be on the Oviatt patio in the center of the campus at 18111 Nordhoff St. in Northridge. The event will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 9 and 10, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 11. Admission from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday will be by current CSUN identification only.

The 1995 Used Book Sale raised $5,000 for the Library Book Fund from books donated by faculty, students and other community members.

Volunteers and books are needed for the event. A pick- up service is available for donations in the San Fernando Valley. Donors with periodicals are asked to send a list of their proposed gift for librarians to review.
