The comprehensive, international conference will highlight technology, where all ages, disabilities and levels of education and training in this country and abroad are covered.
Last year, the conference drew more than 2,000 people from almost every state and 25 foreign countries.
Dr. Judy Montgomery, President, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), will be the keynote speaker. A block of exhibits primarily dealing with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) will reflect her speech.
Speakers will share applications of hardware, software, adaptive devices, training programs and results of research in those fields.
Other features include pre-conference sessions on Stephen R. Covey's "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" (5 million copies of this best-selling book management book are in print), Covey's "Principle-Centered Leadership" and "Grants, Disabilities and the Internet."
