CSUN STUDENTS SWEEP DESIGN COMPETITION

Cal State Northridge interior design students took all the prizes last week at the 4th Annual Student Design Competition sponsored by the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality.

Winners of the competition were Sana Jamil ($1,000), Nina Bisquera ($750) and Mike Montenegro ($500) for first, second and third, respectively. Honorable mention awards went to Julie Peabody, Terri Seward and Arsineh Nazarian.

The competition was open to all undergraduate design students enrolled in a university or a college. Winners were selected on the basis of aesthetics, originality, use of materials and overall design solutions.

The winning designs will be displayed at the Pacific Design Center during Westweek, the largest yearly event for designers and architects, March 13 - 15.
