Area Gray

Exhibit of Mark Taylor's work that records what transpires from combining everyday material with naturally destructive forces. The artist intends for his art to visually communicate an impression of a "destroyed system" as a symbol of revolution. Taylor's work attempts to convey the "area gray" or nihilistic state that transpires from the revolutionary destruction of established systems.

Korean Masks and Puppets

Traditional Korean masks and puppets from the Konju Folk Drama Museum will be on display. These types of objects have been used in Korean rituals and folk theatre since the beginning of its civilization and they represent some of the oldest artistic traditions of the peninsula.
