The theme of the discussion will be achieving one of CSUN's new strategic planning goals: having 75 percent of graduating students by 2003 report that their campus
educational experience led to improved understanding and appreciation of community members from different backgrounds.
Other questions and concerns will be discussed as well. To access the on-line discussion, campus community members need either Internet Relay Chat (IRC) software on their computers or Java software-enabled web browsers, such as newer versions of Netscape Navigator.
Information and instructions on accessing the discussion through either method are available on a web page: http://www.vcsun.org
/~john/preswilson.html. The discussion will occur on two IRC channels, one for participants to address comments to the president, and a second for her to respond.
President to Hold Second IRC Chat
Cal State Northridge President Blenda J. Wilson will host her second on-line chat of the school year with students, faculty and staff on Thursday, Feb. 25, from 7-8:30 p.m.
