Juried Art Student Show
This popular, annual exhibit features works by graduate and undergraduate art students at CSUN. Selected from about 400 entries, 80-90 works are chosen by art professionals. Works in all media are on display from ceramics to printmaking, computer design to industrial design, illustration to video, painting to sculpture, and drawing to graphic design.

Boris Yaro has completed 35 years of daily assignments as a news photographer and has been on three Pulitzer Prize-winning teams at the Los Angeles Times. This exhibit includes 40 of the most important and provocative photographs he has produced to date. The images range from the drama of Robert Kennedy's assassination to intimate moments of daily life.

Illustration West 39
The largest juried illustration competition, presented by the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, is open to entries from national and international artists. The categories include advertising, entertainment, editorial, book, instructional, black and white, unpublished/self-promotional and student entries.
