Stuart Pardau earned his undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara and his law degree from Stanford.  Prof. Pardau is the chief counsel of J.D. Power and Associates.  He has particular experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, employee benefits, commercial licensing, antitrust and other regulatory matters.  Prof. Pardau is a recognized authority in the field of intellectual property with professional speaking and writing engagements in the field.
