B.A. Duke (magna cum laude), J.D. Northwestern (cum laude, Assoc. Ed. of J. of Crim. Law & Criminology). Prof. Pachino has been the VP of Asset Management and General Counsel for KB Homes and previously worked with Lillick McHose and as a journalist.  He is a longtime volunteer for Bet Tzedek, Valley Beth Shalom, Little League and AYSO.  He serves, additionally, as the department’s pre-law advisor and its representative to the College Research & Grants Committee.
