Our assignment for the Jimmy Carter Work Project was near Taegu in the southeastern part of South Korea, about a five-hour drive southeast of Seoul. This was too far to drive on Saturday evening, so after being picked up in Seoul, we were driven a short distance south to Suwon for Saturday night. The picture shows the new university dormitory building at Sungkyunkwan University in Suwon where we stayed.
