If you are unable to attend the Final Exam at the established time, consult with the Professor (beforehand, if possible) as to your options (if any). "Having to fly to St. Tropez with my family for holiday fun and games" is NOT an excuse which will win you favor. If you do not make a successful application for an "Incomplete" and you do not take the Final Exam as scheduled, no other grade can be entered but a "U".
