This I Believe
This I believe is an unpredictable, yet foreseeable predicament; a
world where we all believe when we prefer to, yet fail to trust when we
prefer
not to; a world where ethics and morals seem to exist, yet, somehow,
corruption
and greed continue to thrive. This I know is a world where karma, the
ying and
yang, and even fate exist. This I claim is a universe where Allah,
Buddha,
Shiva, and Christ all exist, yet sometimes seize to exist; where sin and
virtue
are unavoidable. This I think is an earth where the strong survive, yet
the
weak, somehow, fail to fall. This I understand is a place where birth and
death; love and hate; greed and moderation; logic and abstraction; unity
and
opposition; and truth and deception are inevitable; a place where black
and
white is inevitable, yet gray persists. This I suppose is a world in
which
everyone is different, yet is also so similar. This I believe is a
complex,
yet simple matrix.
