Journal Assignments:

All classes are responsible for sending their Summaries and Responses (S&R) for EACH article to their class MOOmail *list. Credit as follows:
- Complete S&R posted before class discussion -- 2 points.
- Complete S&R posted withing 2 weeks of class discussion -- 1 point.
- Complete S&R posted more than 2 weeks after class discussion -- 1/2 point.
- ALL S&R's are subject to 1-2 point range scale for quality.
Supplemental Online Class Discussions:
Bi-monthly online discussion groups will be held to integrate and further strengthen skills learned in class. We will meet to discuss readings, practice online tasks, or peer review drafts in progress. At least two online, logged meetings with group members will be required. Times TBA according to group members. The sessions will be facilitated by the class SI (supplementary instructor), a MOO tutor, or me.
