| Unifying color: | Green, same color to be used throughout to integrate quilt | ||
| Colors: | Multicolored, with use of medium tone fabrics. See information on primary, secondary, tertiary colors on the website called Color Matters. Darker and lighter colors can be used for accents. |

| Background, sashes, borders: | Colors and widths to be decided | ||
| Techniques for flowers: | Open to discussion: applique, foundation piecing, paper piecing, mixed techniques, etc. | ||
| Quilt size: | 4 wide X 6 long - to give a typical lap/throw size around 46" X 60" | ||
