Images of California Bryophytes

Recently, we have put online the first draft of California Moss eFlora: http://ucjeps.berkeley.edu/CA_moss_eflora/. Many of the drawings previously on this page were put into the eFlora. More generally, we are linking into the eFlora images from CalPhotos: http://calphotos.berkeley.edu/. Please put more moss images on CalPhotos, and we may link to them from within the eFlora. What reamins on this site are mainly images of liverworts and hornworts found in California. When you've tried to identify a moss using the articles of Doyle and Stotler (Madroño 53:89-198), you never really know whether you got the identification right. A picture helps reassure you, or at least if you are on the wrong track completely, the picture will tell you to start over. Please send corrections when you find mistakes.
