Airport Assistance Request

On the designated IEP airport pick-up day (as indicated below), an IEP office representative will meet you at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and assist you with transportation to the Northridge area. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the transportation costs.

If you wish to arrange to use this service (if traveling to Northridge from LAX, the cost is approximately $40-45 per person, but print a discount coupon for savings). You may also schedule your own pick-up and hotel.

This form must be submitted at least six days before your arrival date to ensure airport pick up.

On the dates listed above, a representative will meet you at the Tom Bradley Terminal between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Once you exit the terminal, look for a representative wearing a white shirt holding a sign with your name and "California State University" written on it.

Please note the following:

• If you arrive before 8 a.m., please wait for our representative outside the Tom Bradley Terminal.
• We will not be able to meet you if your flight arrives at the airport after 4 p.m. on the designated IEP airport pick-up day. For assistance in finding transportation from the airport to your destination, please refer to the IEP Arrival Resources page.
• CSUN Housing Residents: The check-in hours for CSUN Housing are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you are unable to arrive during CSUN housing hours, you will need to schedule other arrangements (for hotels, see the IEP Arrival Resources page).
