It appears that you are using a computer not considered to be at CSUN.
The Dean's Library may be accessed only via CSUN-campus-connected computers. That is, any on-campus computer, any computer dialed in through a campus modem, or any off-campus computer connected through a VPN client program, such as the free one available from ITR.
If you are using a CSUN computer, please report this problem to the ExL Webmaster at exlinfo@csun.edu, and specify where your computer is and how it is connnected to the CSUN campus.
