California State University, Northridge Workshops Program Proposal Information.

The Workshops Program has offered workshops on the California State University, Northridge campus since 1980.  We provide affordable quality continuing education and training to the professional community of licensed marriage and family therapists, licensed clinical social workers, educators and other mental health professionals.  We are an approved provider (#PCE 306) for mandatory continuing education credits for MFTs and LCSWs requiring CEHs for license renewals by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

The Workshops Program offers seminars each Spring semester during March-May and each Fall semester during October-November.  Workshops occur Saturdays and/or Sundays on the California State University, Northridge campus.  The formats include 4-hour (pays $300.00) and 8-hour (pays $600.00) sessions.

All proposals are processed by an advisory committee review.  All presenters are contacted post review regarding selection of workshops.

We advertise our workshops via a 9,000 piece brochure mailing to professionals and semi-professionals as well as through the Workshops Program web site.

1. Bio or Vitae
2. Detailed description of workshop, goals and objectives and post-test questions as well as detailed breakdown of time alloted for entire workshop including breaks and/or lunch (4-hour format or 8-hour format) - (Example)
