Questions for On-Site Administrator Supervisor
These questions are to be used in order to receive feedback from the On-Site Administrator that has worked with the Tier I candidate. Please use the questions below as a starting point for the discussion related to the candidate’s performance as he/she completed the Fieldwork assignments and requirements.
Question #1: Has the candidate been in communication with you in relation to the required assignments? (This may have occurred via email, in writing, in person and does not necessarily have to be on a regularly scheduled basis).
Question #2: Were you involved in determining the area selected for the Action Research Leadership Project?
Question #3: How often did you provide advice/feedback to the candidate related to his her fieldwork experiences?
Question #4: Which skills does the student/candidate currently possess that would assist him/her in an entry level position?
Question #5: Which skills does the student/candidate need to develop that would assist him/her in an entry level position?
Question #6: Based on your experience with the candidate during the current semester, do you think that he/she has achieved a level of understanding that would qualify for an entry level administrative position?
