Professor Ramos' scholarship is marked by originality, bread of vision, and a solid critical theory. Indeed, it is precisely his concern with the relationship of literature to the historical process that lends great coherence to his work in such apparently disparate areas as literary theory, sociology, women studies, Latin American literatures, philosophy and Latino writings in United States." He has been a Keynote Speaker at several events sponsored by the LAUSD. As a university professor he has helped hundreds of students to attend college and as a community activist, for many years he has worked with homeless people. Oficina: Sierra Tower 410 |
