I am just amazed by life, in its ability to always become more intense and more alive, its really amazing how one can go from sitting in front of monitor all day, into experiencing different worlds with different people. Life is something that needs to be entered and not escaped, because in entering it we become truly fulfilled. Blah Blha blah, naw seriously, there was this story I heard, that at the end of your life Osiris and Horus they take a feather and your heart, and if the heart is heavier then the feather, then you don't go to heaven, you just wouldn't be able to fully embody that experience, so that's where emotional work comes in... either through conciously connected breath, or just by plainly putting attention on the middle of the chest and being with those resonances.
