Developed and implemented a speaker's bureau. Awarded special citation from the federal government. 1980.

Pioneer Magnetics Corporation. Consultant. Assisted in developing computerized order-entry system, 1986.

American Red Cross National Headquarters, Department of Audience Communication, Washington, D. C. Analyzed and reported qualitative research data. 1985.

Kaiser-Permanente Medical Offices. Consultant-Trainer. Designed Quality Circle program, trained leaders and members, and advised union and administrative heads in implementing the program. Cleveland, 1982-1985.

Evaluation Researcher. Designed and conducted research on success and failure factors in groups in a quality circle project at University Hospitals, Cleveland. An attitude survey, interviews and measures of absenteeism, productivity and turnover, were used to examine experimental and comparison groups over a 15-month period, l982 - l983 (See Publications).

Reliance Electric Corporation. Training Program Designer. Presentation skills, l981.

Personnel Psychologist. Studied organizational conflict (between affirmative action and women's groups). Qualitative data were collected at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda for the United States Office of Personnel Management, l980. Received Special Citation from the Director of the Office of Personnel Management for this work.

Christian & Timbers. Organizational Design Consultant. Designed new organizational structure for this executive recruitment firm specializing in the field of robotics. Worked with firm's president, account executives and support staff, l981.

Survey Researcher. Designed, conducted and analyzed survey research on resource exchange in the network of mental health agencies in Cleveland, l979 - 1980.

Mayorial Campaign of Joseph Hughes. Consultant. Meeting facilitation, group problem- solving and planning with the candidate, staff and political consultants. San Francisco, l979.

Interaction Associates & The Center for Collaborative Problem Solving. Consultant Intern. Worked with private and public firms. Designed training materials, conducted training for companies. San Francisco, l979.

Researcher. Leadership Cleveland is part of a national program in which established leaders in the private and public sectors meet regularly and educate each other. Collected and analyzed data from participant observation and from a survey of the informal network before and after a yearlong Leadership Cleveland program, l978 - 1979.

Survey Researcher. Collaborated with a community agency and designed a survey that established the first comprehensive mental health referral system for Santa Cruz County, California. l975.

Group Researcher. Member of research team headed by Eliot Aronson that studied interracial cooperative learning groups in public schools and their effect on racism and integration, University of California Santa Cruz, l974-1975.
