1. Do you think that creativity is part of human nature or is it something that must be nurtured and learned? Please explain your answer.
A little bit of both. It feels like everyone has a bit of creativity that can either be nurtured or which can begin to atrophy. a nurtured creativity will find itself become evident in more aspects than merely the avenue that it was nurtured in, i.e. moving creative energies from one medium where you are finding stagnation to another, can often see renewed creativity in the original stagnated medium. or picking up a creative avenue after a period of atrophy can often find creativity in other areas that you havent even thought about.

3.
What is your inspiration? How has personal experience influenced your creativity?
I believe it was music which first piqued my creativity. before becoming a dj, i always assumed that i was more of a math/science person - not creative - than a artsy creative type. however, in learning the creativity and expression in djing, i was expanded to learn that i had creative talents after all.
4. What is your favorite creation? Please explain why you selected this one.
my favorite creation has been a mix i did after an emotionally powerful relationship took a turn for what i thought at the time was the worse. instead of making a standard dance mix, i put together a mix which spanned many genres of music and which told the story of our relationship to that point. it was very powerful and healing for me, and in addition, some close friends of mine told me that they had learned more about the depth of the relationship due to the story that i presented with the music.

How do you know when a piece or project is finished and needs no additional work?
honestly... there are usually still various things that i would like to fix when i call it done and start distribution... so i suppose theyre never done, i just decided that the effort of adding more work has become less than the value which that effort will add... so lame.

7.
Have you ever been faced with negative feedback? How was this reflected in your work, if at all?
