Dr. Fang Lou
Dr. Fang Lou is an Associate Professor in Economics at Institute of
Finance and Economics of Shanghai University of Finance and
Economics. She received her Ph.D. in Ph.D. in Economics, Russian
Moscow State Academy of Management. She was an Assistant Professor
at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a lecturer and
post-doctoral researcher at the School of International Studies of
Renmin University of China.
Dr. Wang Xia
Dr. Wang
Xia is an Associate Professor in Accounting at the School of
Business, East China Normal University. She received her Ph.D. in
Accounting from Tsinghua University in Beijing. Prior to joining
East China Normal University, she was an Assistant Professor of
Accounting at China Renmin University. She has published numerous
papers at the major journals in China and presented her papers at
AAA and EAA annual conferences.
Dr. Zongrun Wang
Dr. Wang is an Associate
Professor of Finance of Business School at
Central South University. Dr. Wang received his B.S. and M.S. degree in
Economics
and Ph.D.
degree in Management Science from Central South University in 2004. His main research areas include
asset pricing, risk management, financial intermediation, and
investment management. He has published articles
at journals such as Management Science, System Engineering and
Journal of Applied Statistics.
Dr. Shihong Zeng
Dr. Zeng is an Associate
Professor of Finance of School of Economics and Management at
Beijing University of Technology. Dr.
Zeng received his B.S. degree in Physics from Shichuan Normal University
and Ph.D.
degree in Finance from the Academy of Social Science. in 2003. His main research areas include
financial institutions, investments, risk management, foreign direct
investment, and insurance. He has published articles
at leading journals in China such as Journal of Economic Review and
Journal of System Simulation.
Dr. Yuhui Wu
Dr. Wu is an Associate Professor
in Finance at Xiamen University. Mr.
Wu received his bachelor
degree, master degree and Ph.D. degree from Xiamen University. His main research areas include corporate finance and capital structure. He has published articles
at leading journals in China such as Journal of Economic Research.
Dr. Song Zhu
Dr. Zhu is an Assistant Professor
at Beijing Normal University. Dr.
Zhu received his bachelor
degree in Accounting from Tsinghua University in Summer 2004 and was admitted to the
Ph.D. program of School of Economics & Management, Tsinghua University
in Fall 2004. Dr. Zhu received his Ph.D.
in Accounting from Tsinghua University. His main research areas include corporate governance,
capital structure, dividend policy, accounting information. He has published articles
at leading journals in China such as China Accounting and Finance Research,
Nankai Management Review, and Zhongshan Management Review, and book
chapters. He has received
numerous awards including Promising Scholar Award and
Scholarship of Tsinghua University.
Dr. Lihong Sun
Dr. Sun is an Associate Professor
and Vice Director of Department of Management Accounting at Central
University of Finance and Economics. Dr.
Sun received her bachelor degree in Accounting from China Renmin
University in 1986, M.A. in Economics in 1999 and Ph.D.
degree in Management in 2005 from Central University of Finance and
Economics. Her main research areas include management accounting,
corporate governance, and auditing. She has published articles
at leading journals in China such as Auditing Research and
Investment Research.
Dr. Haixin Yao
Dr. Yao is a Professor and Chief
of Finance of School of Business Administration at Liaoning University.
Dr.
yao received his BS
degree in Mathematics from Northeast Normal University in 1985, master
degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and
Economics in 1991, Ph.D. in Economics from Liaoning University in
1999. He has
visited Nyenrode University in Netherlands in 1999 and Hong Kong
Polytechnic University in 2001.His main research areas include
IPO, Valuation, and asset pricing, behavioral finance, and
portfolio management. He has published articles
at journals in China such as Accounting Research and The
Quarterly Journal of Social Science, Journal of Modern Accounting
and Auditing and others.
Dr. Rong Sang
Dr. Zhang is an Associate
Professor of Finance of College of Economics at Liaoning University.
Dr.
Sang received his bachelor
degree in Engineering from Peking Telecommunication and Post University in
1991, M.A. in Economics in 1997 and Ph.D. in . Economics in 2003
from Liaoning University. His main research areas include initial
public offerings and investment banking. His publications focus on
the topics related to IPO, asset management, and financial
institutions.
Dr. Zheng Zhang
Dr. Zhang is an Assistant
Professor of Finance of Guanghua School of Management at
Peking University. Dr.
Zhang received his M.S. degree in Mathematics from Nankai University
in 2000 and Ph.D.
degree in Finance from Peking University in 2006. His main research areas include
asset pricing, behavioral finance, and portfolio management. He has published articles
at leading journals in China such as Journal of Financial Research
and
Journal of Economic Research.
Dr. Le Dong
Mr. Dong received his Ph.D.
in Finance at Tsinghua University in January 2009. He was a visiting doctoral student at MIT. Mr.
Dong received his bachelor
degree in Finance from Tsinghua University in Summer 2004 and was admitted to the
Ph.D. program of School of Economics & Management, Tsinghua University
in Fall 2004. His main research areas include fixed income securities,
term structure theory, asset management, capital structure, and
microstructure. He has published articles
at leading journals in China such as Journal of Financial Research,
Journal of Data Analysis, Journal of
Quantitative and Technical Economics. He has received
numerous awards including China National Scholarship and First Class
Scholarship of Tsinghua University.
Dr. Xiang Cai
Dr. Cai is an Associate Professor of
Accounting at Zhongshan University. He received his Ph.D. in
Accounting from Tsinghua
University in 2003. His main research areas include
corporate finance, corporate control, and corporate governance. His articles appear at
The Chinese Economy, China Accounting and Finance Review, Accounting Research Journal, Chinese
Accounting Review, and Finance and Economics.
Dr. Yuancheng Hu
Dr. Hu is a Chief Professor of Finance at
Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He received his Ph.D. in
Economics from Xiamen
University. He serves as the Director of China Finance Association
and Managing Director of Finance Association of Jiangxi Province. He
has published 80 articles and received 9 research awards including
National Excellent Teacher Award, The National Famous Teacher Award,
and the Special Government Allowance of the State Department Award.
His research interests include
capital structure, corporate governance, and risk management. He was a visiting scholar of
Millersvillel University in 1997 and Norwegian School of Business
and Administration in 1994. His articles appear at leading finance and economic
journals in China such as Journal of Financial Research, Quantitative &
Technical Economics, Management World, Journal of World Economy, and
Contemporary Finance and Economics.
Dr. Hui Wang
Dr. Wang is an Associate Professor of
Accounting at Antai School of Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She received her Ph.D. in
Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Her research interests include
international accounting, financial management, and taxation.
Dr. Changjiang Lu
Dr.
Changjiang Lu is the Associate Dean of Business School, Department
Chair in Accounting, and Professor in Accounting at Jilin
University. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from Jilin University,
M.A. in Accounting from Xiamen University, and B.A. in Mathematics
from Jilin Normal University and B.A. in Management Engineering from
University of Electronic and Technology of China. He has published
two books and more than 30 journal articles since 1997. He has
visited Nyenrode University in Netherlands, Hong Kong University of
Science & Technology, Seoul National University in South Korea, and
University of California, Riverside since 1999. Currently, he is a
Fulbright Scholar and a visiting fellow of the Center (CCFBR). He
won 2002 Chinese Universities Humanism and Social Science Excellent
Research Prize and received Chinese National Natural Science
Foundation Grants and Social Science Foundation Grants in 2001 and
2002, respectively.
Dr. Kemin Wang
Dr. Wang is a Professor of Finance at
Jilin University. She received her Ph.D. in Finance from Jilin
University. Her research interests include corporate governance,
capital structure, financial distress, financial crisis, and
dividend policy. She have taught Ph.D. seminars, Executive MBA, MBA
and undergraduate courses. She was a visiting scholar of Seoul
National University and Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology in 1999. Over the past few years, she has published
more than 20 articles in China at leading finance and economic
journals such as Economic Research, Quantitative &
Technical Economics, Management World, World Economics, and 21st
Century Quantitative Economics.
Mr. Shikun Guo
Mr. Guo is the General Manager of Policy
Research Department and Deputy Head of Comprehensive Management
Committee of China Construction Bank. He serves as the Chief Editor
of the following journals:
Investment Research and Modern Commercial Bank Herald. He
is also the co-editor of Encyclopedia of Finance and
Encyclopedia of Investment. Mr. Guo has co-authored 10 books and
published more than 100 articles in China. His research interests
include financial reforms, financial innovations, commercial
management.
Dr. Wenbin Chen
Dr. Chen received his Ph.D.
in Accounting at Tsinghua University in 2005. Right after Wenbin received his engineering
degree from Tsinghua University in Summer 2000, he was admitted to the
Ph.D. program of School of Economics & Management, Tsinghua University
in Fall 2000. His main research areas include initial public offering,
ownership structure, and corporate governance. He has published articles
at leading journals in China such as The Chinese Accounting Review,
The Chinese Economy, Nankai Management Review, Reform, Journal of
Management Science in China, and Journal of Investment Research.
Dr. Fuguang Huang
Dr. Huang is an Associate Professor of Finance at
Nankai University. Dr. Huang received his Ph.D. in Finance from
Nankai University. His main research areas include corporate
finance, corporate control, real estate, and risk management. He has
participated several research projects funded by the National
Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) since 2001.
Professor Yan-Ming He
Professor He is a Professor of Finance and the
Deputy Director of Securities Institute at Xian Jiaotong University.
He was the Advisor of China Securities Regulatory Commission Xian
Office. He has published 14 English papers and more than thirty
Chinese papers. He was a honorary visiting scholar of the University
of Sydney and a senior visiting fellow of Peking University.
Dr. Guosheng He
Dr. He is the Dean of School of International
Economics at Liaoning University. Dr. He's main research areas
include financial institutions and financial markets. He received a
research grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China
(NSFC) in 2002 for a research project related to the reform of
commercial banks in China. Dr. He was a visiting scholar of the
University of Colorado.
Dr. Chong Li
Dr. Li is the Dean of School of Economics at Beijing
Normal University. He was a Professor of Economics at Zhongshan
University before he joined Beijing Normal University. Dr. Li has
published 13 books and more than 100 articles. He is a well known
economist in China. He visited Michigan State University in
1992-1993.
Professor Lingnan Ouyang
Professor Ouyang is a Professor of Finance and the
Director of Institute of Contemporary Finance at Shanghai Jiao Tong
Univesity. He was the Dean of the School of Finance at Shanghai
University of Finance and Economics. He has published seven books
and numerous studies on China's financial management. He has served
as the Head of Shanghai Association of Finance and the Vice-chairman
of Shanghai Association of Insurance. He visited London School of
Economics and Political Science and the State University of New York
at Buffalo.
Dr. Guochun Lin
Dr. Lin was the vice general manager of GF
Securities Co, LTD. He was a senior researcher at Guotai Junan
Securities Co LTD prior to 2002 and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from
Nankai University. He has published six books and numerous articles. His
research interests include mergers and acquisitions, asset management,
fixed income securities, capital structure, and security valuation.
