The Business Honors Association (BHA) has helped over 200 business students reach their full academic and professional potential. Our association has grown and adapted over the years but our mission has remained the same “To take high achieving students and turn them into successful business professionals by developing them academically, professionally, and socially”.
To be successful in the field of business you need three things: A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a vast network. The Business Honors Association provides students with opportunities to develop each of these key skills. We have created a variety of specifically tailored events that will develop our members into the best business professionals CSUN has to offer. When you join our association, you will be given a mentor who will guide you through your first semester. You will be invited to attend the fall retreat and integration, various social gatherings, alumni mixers, resume workshops as well as firm tours, personal branding, dining etiquette, and speed networking. Being a top academic performer may get you to an interview, but having a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a vast network will get you the job.
The Business Honors Association also works hard to support the College of Business and Economics (COBAE). We open all professional development workshops to the business campus community, and we offer free tutoring in all business core classes to help all COBAE students reach their full potential.
