Durango

Durango is also considered part of the Northern states of Mexico. Like the dance in Chihuahua, its music is danced in couple. However, the styles are different. Chihuahua emphasizes on feet and arms movements with the couple, whereas Durango style does emphasizes on leg and footwork. Chihuahua and Durango have similar customs. Durango skirt has small blue flowers and white long sleeve blouse for women. Men wear similar attire like in Chihuahua.
