Chihuahua

Chihuahua is located in Northern Mexico. This region has been highly influenced by the polka music and customs coming from the Eastern part of Europe. The customs of this region vary. At BFA we use the short skirt with long sleeve shirt for women. Men wear black pants, vest and hat. As most of the Mexican regional dances, Chihuahua is danced in couple. The music is joyful and goes at a fast pace. The steps of these dances require in general from intermediate to advanced experience.
